Framework &
Reporting

How The Programme Works

Phase 1 – Programme Launch

Internal communication and onboarding for employees.

Activities include:

• Digital registration for participants
• Programme briefing and introduction
• Internal communication support materials
• Optional internal launch announcement

The objective is to introduce the programme and encourage participation across departments.

Phase 2 – Employee Engagement

Employees participate in physical activity challenges such as walking or running within the programme duration.

Key engagement features include:

• Individual participation tracking
• Weekly activity leaderboard
• Department or team participation ranking
• Friendly competition between departments

This phase encourages employees to stay active while strengthening workplace engagement.

Phase 3 – Recognition & Reporting

At the end of the programme period, organisations receive a structured summary of programme outcomes.

Deliverables may include:

• Participation overview
• Activity engagement summary
• Recognition categories for participants
• ESG-aligned narrative summary for internal reporting

This provides organisations with a clear overview of employee engagement during the programme.

"Well-being isn't a program. It's a culture."
